When I pronounce the word Future, the first syllable already belongs to the past.
When I pronounce the word Silence, I destroy it.
Wislawa Szymborska

We are living in an age of major transition affecting each and every one of us. We are not only witnessing major developments in work culture and technology, but we seem to be moving into a completely new era: an era in which established practice in all spheres of life are not necessarily producing the desired effects. To keep a human perspective in this age of transition, we need to address the key issues relating to humanity and its environment.

This discussion series offers a bold analysis of what futures may hold, given by several experts in their respective fields. The audience is invited to take a fresh look at everyday life and contemporary values, and to take part in a re-evaluation of our common futures.
